Believe the reviews, it lines up with what others are saying. It’s safe for training but still holds up during higher intensity sparring. I’ve used heavy metal tridents before, but this one right here is a breath of fresh air, it’s not heavy, and it’s a bit smaller than what people might expect a trident to be. It just feels more practical. Also, it’s not brittle, it holds its form and still has a good amount of flex.

Combat-safe tridents are hard to come by. If you’re even a little curious about trident work or want to mix it into training, this is 100% worth picking up.

We found this synthetic trident after alot of searching online and were very impressed. Not only is the product safe for training but for high intensity sparring as well. This product is a little smaller than your fantasy tridents but is actually historically accurate as you can see in the mosaics and carvings. We highly recommend this for anyone who wants to try their hand at trident combat.
